Coordinates the billing activities of Central Revenue Cycle Services. Sets and maintains policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all state and federal billing regulations. Establishes and monitors departments and employee specific goals and objectives. Solves complex billing issues for staff and with insurance carriers. Ensures that all electronic claim submission and electronic reimbursement issues are addressed by working with venders and/or Information Systems. Maintains central customer service call center. Works closely with other Revenue Cycle Leadership and the Physician Services staff to ensure compliance in billing. |

8 Hour Shifts
Minimum of 5 years of prior management experience directly related to billing and system administration preferred. Superior consultative and customer service abilities. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively and efficiently write, implement and train staff on compliance policies. Ability to audit and monitor policies to ensure staff compliance. Complete understanding of billing and billing processes. Detail oriented and accurate. Good critical thinking skills. Ability to multi-task. Prior experience with JCAHO, Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff levels. Bachelor's degree is Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, or related.
