OpenWorks has experienced significant and continued growth over the past 5 years and we are searching for a dynamic Account Executive to add to our team of Sales Professionals. A drive to succeed and a “hunter” approach to sales is a requirement for this position where you will develop new accounts and sell facility services in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Connect with decision makers quickly in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic way in order to make the sale.
- Have a desire to sell competitively (lead generation, cold calling, closing), an aggressive hunter that thrives in a quota driven environment
- Possess strong business ethics, be ambitious, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Be goal minded and achieve those goals.
- Work cooperatively in an extremely fast paced environment with the ability to work both collaboratively and as a team player.
- Have a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly.
- Understand people well and use that understanding effectively in motivating and persuading others to act.
- Possess strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
What's In It For You?
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
- Three years business to business sales experience in a service based industry.
- Experience in Solution or Consultative selling.
- Extensive cold calling experience with the ability to make customer presentations.
- Attention to detail and customer service oriented.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with Contact Management Software.
- Team player with ability to multi-task.
- Competitive spirit and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Service Industry knowledge a plus but not required.
