Primetime Clothing, Inc. is a leading online wholesale clothing store that carries a huge selection of today’s hottest fashion trends and accessories. We source from the heart of the fashion district and sell to clothing stores and boutiques all around the world. Internal Marketing Manager (Graphic Design and Social Media)
Candidates must possess a background in graphic design and internet marketing. This position will require you to use all of your skills to market our website according to the standards of upper management. It’s a definite plus if you have done fashion design work and photo shoots before. Looking for candidates that have knowledge in internet marketing, including SEO, Google Adwords, Email Marketing and especially Social Media. Candidates must not only be familiar with online marketing, but must prove that they possess the ability to analyze our current marketing techniques and provide new and innovative techniques to increase our online social interaction and brand. We are seeking candidates that will reinvigorate our social media platforms and get our customers to be more engaged. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to work in the fashion industry and gain valuable experience interlinking our company to the new age of marketing. Our goal is to make our website and office transparent to our customers so that they feel like they are connected to the employees, the merchandise and the company as a whole. More social interaction will not only just lead to higher sales, but will also enable us to buy right and get direct criticism and feedback from our customers. We currently have most of the platforms live and running, but the candidate will have the help of the company employees to re-asses what needs to be re-organized and what methods of social marketing our company can utilize to gain increased social interaction and increased visitation from our email marketing campaigns.

Customer Service and Sales Representative
Responsible for promptly and professionally answering phone calls/email and processing customer’s orders and adjustments regarding inventory inquiries, shipping, order status, payment options and FAQ.
Responsible for creating daily shipments using Fedex and USPS.
Must have a professional and positive attitude at all times when handling customers.
Handles occasional walk-in customers that buy directly from the warehouse.
Must possess good judgment, and the ability to accept personal responsibility and handle confidential information.

-Fast PC User (Must have the ability to learn our internal operations quickly)
-Word, Excel
-All Adobe design programs
-Email Marketing
-All Social Media Platforms
-Customer Service phone call/email experience
-Shipping programs
-Positive Attitude
-Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written)

Skills that are not required, but are a plus:
-Wholesale and/or Retail clothing experience
-Volusion experience
-Fishbowl Inventory and Quickbooks Accounting experience
-Fashion related design portfolios (attach if possible)
