Valid certification, license or accreditation in PA by a professional trade organization and one year experience required. Area of expertise should be in vocational hard trade skills (brick mason, carpentry, electrician, floor covering, etc.) and/or medical skills (CNA, medical asst, LPN instruction, etc.).
