Under the supervision of the Commercial Loan Administration Manager mainly provides support to Commercial Lenders with loan closings and also provides customer service support to commercial borrowers/customers. Questions to be answered as part of application for this position:

Responds to customer inquiries, follows-up on past dues and daily overdrafts. Assists lenders in obtaining due diligence and underwriting information as per loan approval. Prepares loan documents for in-house closings and does overview of attorney prepared loan documents. Assists lenders in portfolio administration such as tracking and reporting. Prepares setup sheets for new loans and sets up/creates new collateral and credit files. Reviews attorney prepared loan documents and assists lenders in resolving post closing document deficiencies. Education/Experience:
Two years of college equivalency required with 3 years of relevant experience. PC computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Documenter and Madison. Requires knowledge of commercial loan documentation. Must have good communication and writing skills. Initiative:
Tasks performed by this position are varied, exercising judgment and interpretation within standardized practices, policies and procedures established. Works well independently within defined objectives. Organizational skills, timelines and attention to detail are essential. Understanding the various types of loan documents required for commercial real estate loans and C & I is also required. Responsibility:
Errors in loan documentation could occur and are generally easily detected and corrected. The position has significant access to client financial statements, personal tax returns, personal financial statements, risk ratings and confidential business information. Contacts within the Bank are with commercial lenders, branch manager personnel and Loan Operations. Outside the Bank contact is with customers, attorneys and CPAs providing and obtaining pertinent information. Supervision:
