The Component Assembler (Motors) will work from assembly prints, operator / inspection plans in a Teaming environment.
In addition, you will:
Assemble mechanical / electronic components, electrical parts and mechanical parts into printed circuit boards and component assemblies
High School Diploma / GED with and a minimum of three months of related experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a motor sub-assembler or electronic assembler
Understanding of blue print interpretation and experience in IPC soldering (or equivalent)
Ability to check parts, sub-assemblies and final assemblies for all characteristics generated in the operation
Able to perform own in process and final inspection
