You’ll be part of a highly agile dev-ops team helping to develop processes and procedures for production environments and, most importantly, documenting those procedures for the entire team.

Primary focus is working with a team of Agile developers on the Windows platform to perform installation, configuration and maintenance of our development, QA and production server infrastructure (both physical and VM hosts).

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of Agile developers and assist with management of operations projects
  • Windows Server system configuration and maintenance, both VMs and physical hosts
  • Monthly Windows patch administration during our twice a month patch cycle
  • Rack, stack and cable new systems occasionally. (How are your cable management skills?)
  • Document the systems and procedures you create

Job Requirements
  • Minimum

5 years experience administering Windows Server 2 years experience in a 24x7 high availability data center environment Experience with Active Directory, SQL Server, and at least one scripting language Willingness to work nights, mornings and weekends as needed and on an on-call basis to insure network reliability and customer support Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and oral and written communication skills Strong documentation skills. We’ll want to see documentation writing samples at your interview Proven ability to manage priorities and workflow Familiarity with Linux OS is a big plus, we use mostly Ubuntu for our Unix and some Solaris
