This position is accountable to manage and coordinate all necessary system maintenance; reporting for assigned facilities and/or processes.

Job Essentials
  • Perform system maintenance per corporate standards, which includes: performing and monitoring database maintenance, reviewing maintenance reports, balancing between systems
  • Coordinate the WMS insuring that distribution, inventory, receiving and departmental files and reports are generated and retained in accordance with Auditing, Accounting, and other regulatory agencies
  • Measures and assess system processes for assigned dept and/or facility for compliance to policy and standard operating procedures
  • Provides ongoing training and support on Supply Chain information & system tools; Supports implementation of new tools and processes for assigned departments and/or facilities
  • Research and resolve system related problems for assigned facilities and teams
  • Reviews and monitors KPIs, day end and month end reports for assigned locations
  • Facilitates physical inventory and cycle counts, and other inventory management activities for assigned facilities
  • Supports implementation and training of new systems releases or upgrades for assigned facilities and/or teams; Assists with Beta testing as needed
  • Participates on various teams including system-wide teams; Travels as required to participate on teams and to meet the needs of assigned facilities
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or at least one year of experience in a business systems or healthcare field; Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment
  • Extensive personal computer experience including working knowledge of Excel and Word; Access preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding of programming principles/philosophy
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach and train others

Physical Requirements
  • Speaking, hearing / listening, seeing, manual dexterity

Preferred Qualifications
  • Business analysist experience
  • Relational database experience
  • An advanced knowledge of general accounting principles including balancing, statistics, budgeting, general ledger transactions
  • Experience with query language, SQL and e-commerce
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience, specifically in Supply Chain
