Successful candidates will support a Project Office to align with the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology’s (ASA(ALT)) mission, vision and policies by providing organizational strategic communications, risk management, and program management staff support services. This project will guarantee the successful control of costs and the introduction of cost savings initiatives, adherence to integrated multi-functional schedules and execution of projects which meet or exceed performance parameters. Without this support for the development of strategic communications plans, customer support strategies, and feedback mechanisms, critical products directly supporting the Soldier and key strategic partners would be inefficiently executed at an additional cost to the Government.
Expert on SharePoint usage and capabilities management.
Experience working in a Secret facility environment.
Manage SharePoint user permissions on a daily basis for approximately 200 people.
Perform SharePoint maintenance of data and backups on a daily basis in accordance with industry best practices.
Develop and manage presentation libraries to support QPRs and customer Command Briefings.
Provide daily management of style, content and data organization for automated storage data and development of a collaboration environment.
Provide Help Desk support for supported SharePoint items.
Provides support to users in the areas of email, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and special applications.
Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Ensures that security procedures are implemented and enforced. Installs all network software.
Evaluates, develops and maintains telecommunications systems.
Troubleshoots network problems.
Establishes and implements network policies, procedures, and standards and ensures their conformance with information systems and organization objectives.
Trains users on network operation.
Candidate should have Army or DoD experience
Experience in all of the tasks for help desk, web applications, network administration
Must have obtained a BS or BA in the relevant field
Must have at least 5 years of relevant field of expertise
