Mechanical Piping Field Engineers for a short term position located in Turkey Point.
Position Description: Mechanical Piping Field Engineer:
Candidates should be proven experienced field engineers in field installations. A minimum of 1 year nuclear experience is a must and experience in operating plant services is a plus.
Candidates must have more than one year experience and such experience beyond the nuclear minimum requirement and needs to be in mechanical piping field engineering role associated with heavy industrial power applications
Must be able to follow and provide in process inspections of mechanical piping installations inclusive of small and large bore process piping, large and small bore piping supports, installation of support anchors in a nuclear station environment.
Part of the work responsibility in addition to following and inspection of the installation is also to propose resolution with design engineering for field installation discrepancies and generation of paperwork as such to progress work
Installation inspection and buy off and sign off and closure of work packages is a must and these individuals must have familiarly with the work operations of an installation work package document for performing work in a nuclear power plant facility.
Ability to identify and specify material needs and generation of field material requisitions for sourcing of material needs

$50 - 55/hr. plus Per Diem
