The Precision Guided Weapons International Program Manager (PM) is responsible for all international activities on programs and pursuits for precision guided weapons.
The Precision Guided Weapons International programs and pursuits consist of the following business components:
Turkey 155 mm co-development pursuit activities; India precision guided munition initiatives, and other international pursuits as directed by the International Program Director.
The International PM manages key FMS and DCS business activity between the Program and the external customer set and the position requires an individual with superb business / leadership / executive presence skills and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives while managing tactical activities.
Manage and operating in dynamic environments to execute contract obligations, capture new business opportunities, operate to budget, assume responsibility for assigned EAC’s, all while maintaining strict compliance to ITAR/security requirements.
At least 14 years of progressive international related experience in a weapons related program.
Successfully performed in a supervisory leadership/management role including demonstrated people development/mentoring skills.
Working knowledge of all applicable ITAR responsibilities associated with international business, proper licensing procedures, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Demonstrated success creating new business initiatives (both FMS and DCS), building external customer relationships (DoD and International), successful program execution, and developing & operating to budget.
Thorough understanding of the LOR process and FMS contracting requirements. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and experience briefing before senior executive and military offices, large audiences and/or international audiences.
Ability to obtain PM certification Level 3. Active Secret security clearance with proprietary program experience a plus.
Experience/familiarity with US Army weapon systems and working with the USA and/or USMC Executive agencies. PM certification Level 3.
Experience in today’s acquisition environment as a Capture Manager role, Proposal Manager role, and/or the IPDS Gate process.
Awareness of production/sustainment activities/requirements for fielded missile systems.
Business Development and/or Raytheon International role.
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related technical field or a degree in a related business function with at least 14 years of direct related technical experience and/or training.
