Develop and manage prospect pipeline through innovative lead generation techniques including attending special events, trade shows, networking, cold-calling, social networking, and gorilla marketing. Qualify new business opportunities with assistance of National Sales Manager and team members. Assess new business opportunities within current client base as well as new customers. Leverage current book of business to generate referrals, up-sale opportunities and customer loyalty. Build and foster relationships with key decision makers and athletic directors to build business and gain credibility and loyalty. Utilize solutions selling to uncover needs, make appropriate recommendations offered by company to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability; Drive sales. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Gain a thorough understanding of company offerings and solutions to become a subject matter expert for clients. Maintain open communications by issuing daily activity reports to National Sales Manager. Track metrics and deliver reports to National Sales Manager and other company stakeholders as requested and required. Keep current on latest industry trends and developments through seminars, industry newsletters, professional organizations, research papers, and networking throughout the industry.
