The Argon ST Engineering group is looking for a positive, team oriented manager to lead a group of talented software engineers. The selected candidate will manage engineers who develop User Interface and Services software for Argon ST COMINT systems. The software engineers are responsible for performing full life-cycle activities including software design, code, integration test, documentation and maintenance. Duties of the selected manager include: allocating staff for current tasks and plan for future staffing needs (including hiring responsibilities); provide technical management to staff and programs including providing oversight of technical approaches, products and processes; lead process improvements; develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports; develop and motivate employees including the development of Business Goals and Objectives, training plans, and career paths; providing interim and annual performance reviews and removing obstacles to progress.
US Citizenship is required as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI (Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance post start. A current TS/SCI is preferred.
