Executive Assistants provide an advanced level of executive support services to several Senior Executives with complex organizational responsibilities. They act as a primary support and liaison between the assigned executives and his/her organization, teams, and clients, as well as completing a variety of other service requests.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10 years of Executive Assistant Experience supporting multiple executives; manging travel schedules; managing calendars; expense reports
Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Word; Intermediate Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
**Must be currently based in or near the Dallas, TX area**
