                                              Job Description:

                                              In this role you will provide program strategies, requirements analysis, and management plans to the federal client. This position requires an active security clearance and is located at the client site in Edgewood, MD.

                                              Key Responsibilities:
                                              • Monitor science and technology research and development in the physical, biological, medical, or engineering science related to information systems
                                              • Compose technical reports, briefs and correspondence on a variety of engineering and computer science issues
                                              • Serve as a liaison and support transition of science and technology products to programs of record
                                              Basic :

                                              Level III:
                                              • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
                                              • Active Clearance
                                              • AU Level III certification in SPRDE, Production, Quality and Manufacturing (PQM), or the civilian equivalent
                                              • 8+ years of general experience and 4+ years of experience in a program office or similar organization
                                              Level IV:
                                              • Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years of experience in a program office or similar organization may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
                                              • Active Clearance
                                              • AU Level III certification in SPRDE, Production, Quality and Manufacturing (PQM), or the civilian equivalent

                                                      • 10+ years of general experience and 6+ years of experience in a program office or similar organization
                                                      Preferred Skills/Experience:
                                                      • DoD CBRN Experience
                                                      Professional Skills:
                                                      • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
                                                      • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
                                                      • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
                                                      • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
                                                      • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team
                                                      • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
                                                      • Excellent problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions
                                                      • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
                                                      • Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary
