Perform project management services for Gulfstream owners and non-Gulfstream owners with a broad range of corporate jet aircraft. Provide aircraft owners with a single point of contact for facilitating and obtaining any and all aspects of support from Gulfstream and non Gulfstream product support networks within the US and Latin America, including providing the customer with formal written reports and updates addressing product support issues, actions in progress and final resolutions. Administer the customer support surveys and develop action plans to address specific customer dissatisfaction issues and recommend identified opportunities for further business growth. Facilitate complete and timely resolution of all final phase delivery exceptions. Manage and coordinate the labor hours, billing, invoicing, credits, warrantees, and tracking and expediting of parts for scheduled and unscheduled visits. Service corporate jet aircraft to comply with the regulations of the civil aviation authorities in Latin America. Work closely with repair stations in Latin America to coordinate corporate jet aircraft maintenance repairs and upgrades. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Corridor to manage and monitor projects.
Unique Skills Required:
2 years experience with servicing corporate jet aircraft to comply with the regulations and certifications of civil aviation authorities in Latin Aamerica. Must be Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish at a business level.
- Requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in aviation science, aeronautical engineering or a related field and 10 years of product support experience involving the servicing of corporate jet aircraft flight departments, of which 5 years must be directly interacting with Gulfstream aircraft owners.
- In lieu of a bachelors degree, will accept 2 years of additional stated experience.
- Must also have 2 years of experience servicing corporate jet aircraft to comply with the regulations and certifications of civil aviation authorities in Latin America; coordinating corporate jet aircraft repairs with repair stations in Latin America; and using Microsoft Word, Excel and Corridor.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish at a business level.
