Reporting to the Director of Facilities Finance and responsible for the management, development and oversight of all Facilities Services business enterprise systems in alignment with central applications inclusive of: â?¢ enterprise system configuration, performance, updates and maintenance; â?¢ management of enterprise system development priorities â?¢ enterprise reporting development; â?¢ enterprise coordination and support for operating units; â?¢ data management; â?¢ hardware infrastructure; â?¢ management and prioritization of department workflow and staff assignments; and â?¢ unit budget development.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent level of training and experience. - Demonstrated experience in: â?¢ enterprise systems development; â?¢ software project management; â?¢ computer programming in a complex server environment; â?¢ leadership of other information technology staff; â?¢ excellent interpersonal, analytical, organization and communication skills; â?¢ enterprise systems with financial and data management functions in a large organization;and â?¢ computer programming and operations in a large client server environment including work with Oracle relational databases, SQL and similar programming languages and tools. - Possess effective and articulate communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SAS, Banner, Asset Works, Web application development, mobile application development, or complex data analysis. - Previous experience in higher education and/or corporate environment within a multi-million dollar annual operating unit having multiple departments and/or subsidiaries. - Experience developing production environment integrations and interfaces.
