Description SUMMARY

Leadership role with responsibility for growing revenue in North America through strategic alliances and contractual relationships. Focus will be on the nation’s largest integrated healthcare systems. Responsible for establishing and maintaining multilevel relationships with assigned Strategic Accounts.

Direct account strategy and integrate the activities of Hill Rom Business Units within the selected accounts to increase acceptance of Hill Rom’s portfolio of products, services, and solutions. Direct activities related to account strategy creation and implementation that leads to improved client satisfaction and year over year revenue growth above divisional objectives.

Collaborate with National Accounts in the development of account specific business strategies in support of national contracts. Align account level activities to comply with negotiated GPO terms and conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Primary accountability for managing and driving +$60M in revenue with expanding margins toward corporate targets within the largest NAAC systems

Achieve and regularly exceed revenue forecast for assigned top IDNs in the nation

Achieve and regularly exceed year over year revenue growth targets

Lead the development and execution of long term strategic and business objectives to achieve the revenue/margin targets for assigned healthcare systems

Strategic lead for the local sales and order fulfillment support team at the IDN level

Strategic lead for all IDN RFP’s, contracts and price negotiations across Hill-Rom businesses

Establish and expand relationships with senior healthcare executives which enhance market share in targeted IDN systems and member hospitals

Utilize a consultative approach with chief executives through discovery of key organizational business issues

Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews addressing performance, strategy and activities with both internal HRC team and specific customers in targeted accounts

Work with National Accounts team for continued development and implementation of effective GPO strategies.

Direct liaison between internal Hill-Rom Sales, National Accounts and externally with the customer IDN

50% travel is required

Maintain expertise in healthcare management topics

Coordinates internal monthly strategic calls with sales teams and documents progress and deliverables
Qualifications

Strong understanding of industry and demonstrated knowledge/capabilities in the areas of clinical operations, financial analysis, business administration, legal and ethical practices, marketing and sales

Full P&L responsibility and/or major revenues and cost management experience preferred.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Masters degree preferred. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university program with a focus in business, health care, marketing, or finance; minimum five (5) years related experience and/or training in generating higher levels of revenue and selling to the C-Level; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
