The Sr. Graphics Programmer will be responsible for designing, implementing, documenting and maintaining rendering framework across the pipeline.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design modular and structured code that can be used across platforms and tools.
Integrate systems and techniques across the entire pipeline, from creation to its use.
Assess and debug problems with our current technology.
Mentoring and support of other developers.
Research and development of new techniques to take the best out of current and new hardware.
Work closely with artists to gather requirements, give suggestions and make sure that our technology is used up to its potential.
Optimizing and improving existing code base autonomously.
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
Expert C++ skills (6+ years experience)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Up to date on latest rendering techniques.
Ability to write structured and well documented code. With attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of rendering techniques, hardware and development tools.
Experience as a senior rendering engineer on at least one shipped game on PC/X360/PS3.
Ability to work autonomously when implementing and profiling, while being an excellent communicator when designing and supporting features.
Use of PS3 SPU, RSX.
Experience with compute shaders and parallelization in graphics.
Experience implementing and maintaining WYSIWYG tools.
