Agrium Conda Phosphate Operations is currently recruiting for a Trainer. As part of the HR department, the Trainer will report to the Training Team Lead. Agrium CPO employs approximately 290 employees.

Specific responsibilities will include:
Researching, planning, organizing, developing, and conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences, including new hire orientation and specific department orientation;
Writing new procedures and revising existing procedures;
Developing new process and curriculum;
Developing and monitoring systems to ensure compliance and on time completion of tasks;
Monitoring and tracking on-the-job training for new employees to include testing and validation of qualifications.
Qualifications of the position include:
Possess a B.S. degree in a training related field (preferred, but not required);
Have a minimum of 3+ years related work experience in an industrial setting;
Extremely strong computer skills, predominantly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP experience a plus;
Previous experience creating computer-based training programs a plus.
