Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting of training materials.

Specific Job Description This position will serve as an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) of course/curriculum development and delivery for the Office of Air Traffic Technical Training (AJI). The ISD will develop instructor-led and web-based courses. The ISD will work with Senior Instructional Designers, SME’s, and multimedia developers to support the analysis, design, and development of training products.
The ISD will: create storyboards and write scripts; determine appropriate media elements to meet the needs of the learners; develop learning objectives and assessment items; work with subject matter experts and multimedia developers to develop content to meet the learning objective; and support standardizing content through the creation of shareable content objects to ensure consistent instruction. Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules.
