Job Title: Central Pricing Operations Supervisor
FLSA Status: Salary
Reports to: Pricing Department Director
Responsible for Supervising Central Pricing Associates, Regional Pricing Supervisors, and Pricing team members in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed. Will provide controlled processes and procedures to ensure department goals and objectives are being obtained. Contributes to profitability by effectively managing all aspects of pricing department operations, to include but not limited to: project management, allocation of daily functions and analytical thinking to foster process improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads, coaches, and reinforces Festival culture, and performance expectations to all central pricing specialists and regional supervisors.
Provides structured, consistent leadership to team members
Maintains adequate staff levels by interviewing applicants and extending job offers
Finalizes and approves weekly department work schedule
Writes and conducts performance reviews of regional supervisors and pricing specialists with support of the Pricing Director
Conducts Bi-weekly one on ones with Pricing Regional Supervisors and Specialists
Documents violations of company policies/procedures by pricing associates and conducts appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination
Collaborates long term strategic direction of pricing department. Work with Pricing Director, operations and related parties to ensure consistency in policies and training.
2. Ensures all department standards are being met in the pricing department.
Communicates and works cooperatively with senior leadership team, department directors, department support teams, regional supervisors and pricing associates to maintain standards and exceed expectations.
Execute best practices both verbally and written as outlined in the pricing manual
Monitor processes to ensure accuracy
Investigate and resolve inaccuracies; respond with clear and concise feedback
Provide consistent practices within the pricing software that supports Festival Foods price image
3. Provides service and support to Regional Pricing Supervisors.
Weekly contact to provide guidance, best practices and development.
Addresses concerns and resolves issues
Coordinates department strategies to include workforce planning and succession planning
Frequent travel will be required based on department needs

College education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle and resolve situations.
Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with all personnel.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient knowledge of PC based applications with ability to learn and understand new programs.
Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and responsiveness

The Central Pricing Supervisor will be required to work full time, 45 hours per week.
The work schedule will include on call weekend shifts, rotating with the pricing regional supervisors.
