Direct counseling, referrals & advocacy services for program clients. Develop, implement and monitor treatment plans. Participate in home visits, intakes and Family Solution Conferences. Maintain case records and other required documentation. Respond to crises as needed.
BSW or Bachelors in related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience or MSW or Masters in related field with a minimum 1 year experience working with at-risk youth.
Must be Bi-Lingual Spanish.Must have a valid NYS drivers license with a safe and responsible driving history and properly registered and insured motor vehicle. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and the ability to readily adapt to specialized software.
Full-Time 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 3 days 9-5 and 2 days 1-9 (would consider some flexibility)
