The Manager has comprehensive operational authority and responsibility for designated clinical area(s). Their responsibilities include: fiscal accountability, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of patient/family centered care and service, patient and staff satisfaction, program development, managing and developing teams, and ensuring integration with the clinical enterprise.
This position requires a Masters Degree with 5 years of experience. Experience in gastroenterology and/or endoscopy lab preferred.
Experience may be substituted on a 2:1 basis (2 years of experience for each year of education required, but not attained).
Vanderbilt Experience / Knowledge of Vanderbilt Systems are strongly preferred.
Current Tennessee Registered Nurse License
This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Salary is commensurate dependent upon years of education and experience.
