Process Improvement Experience or continuous Improvement
TSRM (Tivoli Service Request Manager)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Administers and processes the daily flow of information security requests for access to computer systems, applications and data resources
Establishes and maintains user accounts in a complex multi-platform environment
Performs problem resolution on trouble tickets
Maintains an accurate audit trail of all information security requests
Monitoring the Identity and Access Management (IAM) mailbox and supporting work queues
Assess reported security threats and weaknesses.
Responsible for conducting periodic access reviews
Reviews daily security audit logs and violation reports and conducts appropriate follow-up.
Produces monthly security metrics.
Provides internal and external audit support
Partners in the development and maintenance of Information Security Administrative standards and procedures
Responsible for expediting security requests across core security platforms
Participates in projects as subject matter expert
Participates in 24/7 on-call rotation
May perform other duties as assigned.

Degree in computer science or related discipline preferred
Minimum of two years security administration experience
Solid understanding of the Microsoft environment including Active Directory, Windows Operating system including Windows server, Exchange/Outlook, Sharepoint
Solid understanding of the IBM Mainframe and AIX environment
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment
Ability to work across geographical locations
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical stills
Strong ability to promote the benefits of change and act as a catalyst for change within the organization
Understanding of the following security technologies/areas required:

RACF, TSO
Active Directory, AD Users & Groups, Hyena, Quest
Sun Identity Manager
