As a PNC Call Center Representative, you will be a part of one of the leading call-center organizations in the United States. As a Service Consultant, you will work as part of a team of 12 to 15 professionals under a PNC Call Center Lead manager.
Your days and weeks will follow a steady rhythm, based upon shift hours, and paced by a high level of customer contact. You'll use your analytical and relationship-building skills to take inbound customer calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and address customer concerns. You'll draw upon a professional manner and product knowledge to identify customer final needs and recommend PNC products. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
1+ year of Customer Service or Sales experience required.
Strong verbal communication and computer skills required.
Financial Institution and/or call center experience a plus!
Spanish skills are a plus!
