Role is responsible for gathering data to support daily KPI reporting in the Logistics and Distribution area leveraging existing SAP reporting and ad hoc analysis.
Support all metrics dashboards for 5 distribution centers
Analyzes inbound shipments and reports defects
Create reporting package on worldwide freight expenses and on time shipping
Administrates daily operations review meeting
Tracks all cost center budgets and reports on spending.
Supports general office administrative tasks. Skills Minimum of 3 years business experience and ERP systems, preferably SAP
Must be competent in MS Access to support complex querying and data management tasks in a high transaction volume environment.
Excellent MS Excel skills working in large spreadsheets with multiple external links
Strong MS Powerpoint skills
Distribution center experience a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills
Excellent communications skills.
Logistics or Distribution center experience a plus.
Lean skills a plus.
