The SAP Technical Integration Architect will be a part of a very experienced SAP team and have the opportunity to work on enterprise, global, cutting edge SAP initiatives for this well known organization. This position will be responsible for the following: the design for all SAP solutions related to development, integration, workflow, extractors, portal, etc., development or review of all objects for all business functions within the SAP instances for this organization, oversight for all of the development activities within the SAP instances, act as a consultant with the business units to determine how to best leverage SAP technologies to deliver business value and ROA, act as a mentor in the area of SAP for other team members, design and implementation of all SAP technical changes establishing and ensuring SAP standards are followed, oversight of change quality including SAP system quality and performance for SAP technical changes, applying SAP technology to solve root cause or systematic business/technology issues, analyze and leverage new and emerging SAP functionality in order to resolve existing issues and deliver value, operation in a innovative context leveraging new SAP technology and development tools, and learn assess application potential and implement new technologies including SAP mobility and or BI.
Minimum of 10 years SAP project experience including as many of the following as possible: SAP ALE, WF, IDOC , Workflow, Integration and Web Services, BI, Mobility, etc. (strong, broad knowledge across SAP)
Should have SAP ABAP development experience
Solid knowledge and supporting experience on how to apply and deploy SAP Portal
SAP methodology experience, demonstrated business communication and interpersonal skills
SAP CRM or SD configuration experience – multiple project deployments
SAP development and strong knowledge of SAP Integration with experience on multiple deployments
Strong experience with the requirements and delivery of SAP technology components, effective documentation from an architecture and design component
Experience and/or willingness to mentor others
Strong troubleshooting/analytical skills
Must be able to learn new technologies within SAP as needed
Experience and willingness to do code reviews with development teams
