SUSE, a pioneer in open source software, is a business unit within The Attachmate Group and we are looking to add to our sales team.
We are seeking a strong software sales professional to sell SUSE products into a set of named, large and very-large enterprise accounts in the New York City region. You will be responsible for renewals of current maintenance agreements, up-selling current customers and for generating new business in your set of named accounts. You will be expected to become a trusted advisor to these organizations as well as develop and maintain executive-level relationships. You will be measured on your selling of software and services into your assigned accounts.
You will work from our NYC sales office and your home office and travel approximately 25% of your time.
10+ years direct sales experience selling enterprise software
Experience in successful selling to Fortune 500 business
Strong track record of sales quota achievement
Experience seeking and developing C-level relationships
Experience managing a complex, high level sales process
Ability to travel up to 25%
