We are currently searching for a Program Chair for our Allied Health programs. The Program Chair is responsible providing the leadership and supervision of our accredited program. Reporting directly to the Director of Education, you will oversee the daily management of instructors, class scheduling, and an externship coordinator.

What you will do:
• Maintain retention of students in the program at required levels or less through quality programs.

• Manage faculty for quality instruction, oversee curriculum, and maintain accreditation standards.

• Oversee faculty development through on-going professional development.

• Oversee the selection of externship sites, and the supervision and evaluation of student externs.

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all instructors.

• Build and maintain the respect of faculty, staff and students.

• Maintain standards of performance and behavior for faculty and students.

Skills and Experience Required:
• Must have an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Experience in Allied Health field.

• Management experience.

• Training and/or teaching experience would be a plus.

• Ability to develop and maintain a concerned, caring and committed attitude with students, develop creative and engaging instructional techniques, and flexibility.

• Ability to supervise instructional staff, develop curriculum, and oversee the outcomes for the Information Technology programs.

• Ability to work well with students, ability to manage key metrics.

• Great communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• Consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity.
