Develop, conduct and document pre-qualification phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Drive hiring innovation by piloting new approaches to selection and assessment
Use job analysis and survey methodology to understand and influence the use of data in hiring decisions
Project manage development and implementation of interviewing processes, tools and training
Deliver high-quality assessment training and support to Googlers
Master’s degree in psychology, especially I-O Psychology, or education
4 years of work experience
Significant experience conducting interviews or doing verbal and written assessments
Team player with extraordinary communications skills, high tolerance for ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
Ability to train others to successfully use assessment tools and best practices
Ability to build credibility and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction
