This position is primarily responsible for client relationships and managing client orders from inquiry through shipment/delivery and invoicing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide estimates to customers.
Create job tickets for customer orders from MIS or online ordering system.
Confirm specifications of job compared to estimated specifications.
Preflight customer supplied files.
Prepare digital proof.
Communicate with customer, account executives and production regarding work in progress.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Work with purchasing/production manager to coordinate with outside vendors.
Act as the internal liaison for the account executives, involved in each project they have going through the plant.
Work with accounting to make sure jobs are invoiced correctly.
Develop and maintain client rapport for total satisfaction and retention.
Project management including assisting in the planning, directing and coordinating of designated projects.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in a printing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; internet software
General understanding of current design software
