The Human Resources team at Missouri Baptist Medical Center partners with hospital employees and leaders to provide strategic and expert resources in areas such as employee engagement, talent acquisition, workforce planning and development.

Role Purpose
Responsible for identifying and recruiting talented employees to maintain optimal staffing. Provides daily direction and coaching to recruiting coordinators on sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants. Implements staffing metrics, reviews metrics and counsels as appropriate. Provide career development through mentoring, informal and formal training and leading by example to recruiters, coordinators, departments and department heads. Implements staffing strategies and initiatives. Provides other department members and leadership consultative support regarding staffing plans and management of activities related to internal mobility.
Responsibilities
Manages the entire life-cycle recruiting process from prospecting to closing of qualified candidates. Identifies and maintains qualified applicant pools. Manages multiple recruiting projects, while maintaining full recruiting workload. Consults with leadership around workforce models, planning, recruiting and turnover reduction. Leads talent acquisition teams, programs, and projects and mentors coordinators in job rotation program Minimum Requirements
Degree
Bachelor's Degree - Business/HR/related Experience
5-10 years Supervisor Experience
