External Job Description

Job Responsibilities: The branch manager is responsible to oversee the daily activities in the branch. This would include taking the incoming escrow from beginning to its conclusion and everything in between. Plan staff meetings each week to keep the staff informed of new policies and procedures. Meet w/regional manager and sales associates or manager to plan functions for new business and recurring business.

Job Requirements: HSD or Equivalent. Branch manager/Escrow Officer background. Must have 4 years experience in an escrow officer position. Certified Escrow Officer preferred.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. All communication (written or verbal) must be handled with proper grammar. Responsible for m aintaining the confidentiality of related Company business. Communicate effectively, maintain cooperation, and display professional attitude with coworkers and management. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations . Book of business required.
