ArenaNet is searching for an exceptional web programmer to join our extended experience team. You’ll be working on the analysis, architecture, design, and implementation of world-class web sites which tie deeply into our games. You’ll create dynamic websites built on top of Javascript-based servers (similar to Node.JS ), connecting the web directly into our game services.
Web Programmer Profile:
Deep understanding of modern web programming issues
Strong Javascript skills
Strong HTML and CSS skills
A passion for high performance, efficiency, and quick page loads.
3+ years of professional programming experience (not necessarily in the game industry)
We’re a programmer-driven organization and we place a very high emphasis on maintaining code quality. You’ll work hand-in-hand with designers, artists, and other programming teams to create exciting new experiences for Guild Wars 2.
