Responsibilities: Responsible for revenue retention and growth of customer base, as well as resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Focus is primarily on new customer acquisition, retaining and up selling the existing customer base. Resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The primary sales activity for this role will be in a team based environment.

  • Proposes and sells integrated voice, data, LD, CPE and internet solutions and value added services to existing base of consumer customers via telephone based selling. * Meet/exceed revenue objective (and Standards of Performance as reviewed with manager on a monthly/quarterly basis) consisting of moderate-lower complexity services (voice/data CPE, legacy voice services, integrated voice and data, data networking, and internet access). * Exceeds customer expectations in the area of quality and customer service. * Coordinates pre-sale, technical support and sales implementation processes Responsible for all continued improvement/ongoing education as it relates to technical, applications, sales and systems training including completing competency tests.
Required Skills & Experience: PC skills using MS Office Suite Excellent written and oral skills Analytical and critical thinking skills Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Desired Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in the telecom or TV related industry Call Center experience Thorough understanding of needs satisfaction selling techniques Strong interpersonal skills Ability to act independently and as part of a large team. Self-Motivated PC skills using funnel management software Additional Information: Compensation for this position is 9 dollars per hour during training.
