Facilitates, leads and coordinates all Customer Service Department objectives through its systems and its employees. Ensures complete client satisfaction through effective communication between customer service, manufacturing, sales and the client.
This position is a working supervisor position and must be able to perform duties of an Account Service Professional. Acts as liaison between customer, sales, and production facility. Plans and coordinates the production of printing jobs in order to achieve the objectives of the service agreement in compliance of customer expectations, company policy, and profit and quality requirements. Fully capable of handling all job types within the plant (catalog or retail) and mentors less experienced employees.
Typical Background and Experience
College degree in printing technologies or business related field or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership abilities through high performance and participative management.
Proven track record in printing industry with strong and effective relationships with manufacturing, sales and clients.
Significant experience in Customer Service and/or Manufacturing role.
Requires a high level of computer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. User knowledge of EFI Monarch Print Production Systems (Prograph Planner, Printflow Scheduling, and Invoicing System) is preferable.
