We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Part Time Exhibitor Services Clerk who will give both our internal and external clients the best customer service in the industry as well as maintain customer satisfaction in order to help continue our driven passion to deliver for our clients. Additional responsibilities include:
Properly handle incoming exhibitor telephone calls
Process customer complaint notices
Process information requests
Process post-show invoices, credit memos, and payments with appropriate approvals
File pre and post customer records
Archive appropriately as needed

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Punctual and reliable attendance
Previous receptionist / administrative experience
Professional appearance and demeanor
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Excellent customer service skills
