This position is located at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Division of Nursing Services, Crownpoint, NM. The incumbent provides house/nursing supervision for the Division of Nursing Services afterhours, holidays, and weekends. Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully. Serves as the Tour Supervisory Clinical Nurse with responsibilities in c oordinates and directs patient care activities to assure smooth hospital operation during weekend, evenings, and night tours.
Plans and adjusts schedules and operations of employees in all clinical areas and administrative support departments.
Coordinates general orientation and ongoing staffing training needs in collaboration with the Nurse Educator, Chief Nurse Executive, and designated facility Training Coordinator.
Evaluates emergency responses and recommends collective action. Assists and provides direction with all activities related to be in compliance with CMS and Federal regulations.
Assists and provides skilled and comprehensive nursing care to patietns due to the extensiveness or complexity of patient's condition that require special adaption of the nursing process.

program approved by the legally designated State accrediting agency at the time
