Unimin Corporation, the leading U.S. producer of industrial minerals and leading resource to the Glass, Fiberglass, Foundry, Roofing, Ceramic, Refractory and Steel Industries worldwide, is seeking a District Sales Manager to be based in Oklahoma City, OK.
In this role, you will manage the selling activities in the Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas regions. You will monitor the activity of the shale formations in these areas which include the Woodford and Mississippi Lime. Based in Oklahoma City, OK your responsibilities involve customer contact, contract negotiations for supplies, providing pricing and shipping information about our products and call coverage of Unimin customers and service companies. You will also be involved in selling, promoting and servicing direct shipping to customers.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of 5 to 8 years of field sales experience in the industrial market. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Overnight travel is required.
