Customer Solutions Manager Needed Our client a premier Northwestern Pharmacy has created a new position to define develop implement and support information technology based solutions which meet the changing requirements and needs of their customers They require an individual with a background in information technology coupled with significant experience in long term healthcare clinical operational and financial reporting requirements As the architect of these solutions you will also be responsible to promote these solutions to existing and potential customers and develop strategies to encourage their adoption Essential Functions 1 Evaluates existing solutions and helps set up interfaces 2 Assists in the integration between our solution and industry standard packages 3 Develops close relationships with providers of existing and selected vendor and systems solutions 4 Developers fully integrated testing scenarios 5 Designs and administers development standards and policies 6 Participates in the designs of end user training and curriculum for applications and systems 7 The nature of the responsibilities of this position require travel to customers and our pharmacies in Washington Oregon and California Availability outside normal business hours to respond to the immediate needs of customers is also expected Qualifications Must possess a strong knowledge of business and computer science as normally obtained through a degree or equivalent experience in computer science business or related field Must have a two year degree or equivalent experience to include working in a clinical environment using Windows Applications and other IT systems preparing documenting and teaching office staff The ability to lead discussions and conduct training sessions essential Preferred 2+ years experience in Project Management to include webbased reporting systems development in the healthcare field Significant administrative and clinical workflow knowledge in a long term care setting Experience in small scale project planning and reporting either as an individual or as part of a team Specific experience supporting one or more Electronic Medical Reporting or Practice Management systems _______________ ATSI GROUP BENEFITS Medical Dental and Vision Insurance (ATSI Group pays 80 of the cost for the consultant) 401k Direct deposit and semimonthly paydays All benefits go into effect the first day of the month following the start date ATSI GROUPS PROMISE TO OUR CANDIDATES Return your phone call or email promptly Disclose client name and rate right away Never submit your resume to a client without your approval Follow up weekly if we have your resume submitted to a client Pass on any feedback we get from a client immediately Our core values of responsiveness accountability caringrespect ethics and teamwork are more than just words they are lived and applied every day
