We are a seeking dynamic, experienced Administrative Manager to provide exceptional administrative support in our Boston, MA office. Responsibilities include but not limited to: providing technical support for all company initiatives, implementing “best practice” for procedures, systems and process, confidentially manage all real estate transactions, coordinate local advertising and marketing programs, and providing exceptional service to internal customers including sales staff and management team. Preferred skills and experience: Knowledge of social media i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn & blogs, basic understanding of accounting/banking, MS Office, office equipment, digital cameras. Ideal candidate should be self-motivated, work well within a team or independently, have a customer service focus, advanced organizational skills, real estate license preferred but not required, graphics/creative ability a plus, ability to effectively multi-task, responsive to/anticipates customer needs.
