Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly resource, workflow, and output schedules to Site Director, Site Leadership Team, and the master scheduler. Identifies real time schedule variances and collaborates with Site Director and Manager level peers to adjust schedule accordingly to insure cost and service level goal attainment.
Provide retrospective analysis of schedule performance and continuously improves the process.
Monitor daily schedule performance and adjusts resources accordingly to insure cost and service level goal attainment.
Lead Daily Production Meeting.

Formal Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Years of Experience:
5-8 years of experience
Computer or Other Skills:
General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email. Strong analytical and technical skills
Knowledge and Abilities:
Previous production coordination desirable (Manufacturing, Operations, etc.). Excellent communication skills & the ability to influence without authority. Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
