Job Description
Dell Services Federal Government is looking for a Systems Administrator to plan, design, and implement UNIX/Linux networked systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating with vendors for installation of such items as routers, bridges, concentrators and switches. Performs technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, systems integration for front-end processors, multiplexes, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems. “DJAM” "LIDSFG" (M) Job#011072
Required Skills
? Have experience with Virtualization of Linux
? Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux System Administration and Operating Systems.
? Strong knowledge of Systems Hardware.
? Strong knowledge of Enterprise Level Systems infrastructure.
? Strong knowledge of Datacenter Operations.
? Strong knowledge of network technologies.
? Strong knowledge of industry standards and audit requirements.
? In depth platform hardware and software expertise.

? Keeps abreast of new technology and make recommendations as to how best to utilize the new technology for the benefit of our customers.
? Design solutions to meet customer’s mission, objectives and requirements.
? Proactively assesses exposure areas and takes steps to reduce vulnerabilities.
? Provides technical leadership on complex projects involving a broad range of expertise and disciplines.
? Performs hardware requirements analysis.

Undergraduate Degree
