The sector HQ financial planning manager works with PAF sector-level Planning/Finance Managers and Directors and with other Finance teams in the operating divisions to support a broad range of Financial Planning and Analysis activities

Key Accountabilities:
Lead the Capital Planning Management process for PepsiCo Americas Foods, which includes:

Review and approval of capital projects, preparation of capital projects pipeline and establishment of a PAF capex post audit process

Consolidation and analysis of cashflow forecasts and key drivers of performance/change

Tracking and analyzing PAF improvements in working capital and inventory management

As part of the Capital Planning Management process, manage regular communication and work closely with field finance teams (including senior management) and Corporate Finance functions

Lead the preparation of PAF's cashflow and capital plans within key planning processes such as the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Business Review

Own the tracking and management of PAF's headquarters G&A, including regular communications with field finance teams and PAF CFO

Lead and support the PAF Period Operating Reviews preparation process by establishing templates and effective communications with key stakeholders to consolidate data inputs and analyze key drivers of performance

Working in conjunction with PAF Strategy team and field finance teams, lead the creation of Investor Relations deliverables for PEP's quarterly earnings releases

Support PAF Planning Sr. Director and Sr. Finance Manager in a number of ad hoc projects, such as analysis and presentations for Senior Management on a wide range of subjects and cross-divisional initiatives

Continually seek ways to streamline tools and processes, as well as share and implement best practices across Divisions

Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant post-MBA experience plus significant experience with financial planning processes

Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus

Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel modeling skills a must, Bloomberg, Hyperion tools a plus).

Highly motivated and able to work within close-knit team and with teams in other PepsiCo offices

Very strong written and written verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively with personnel from all levels of staff and management

Must be willing and able to travel 10-15% of the time
