Sodexo is looking for a strong candidate for the Environmental Services/Custodial Services for our education services division. Must be able to train new employee and current employee's on cleaning procedures. Must have strong management experience to lead and keeping a team motivated.
Responsibilities include the following:
Training all custodial staff/ on monthly and weekly basis
- Hiring custodial staff
- Ordering of supplies
- Quality Assurance checks
- Method of the Week
- Safety meeting once a month
- Weekly hours sheets to be done every week
- Coaching or counseling
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
