opening to join our Consumer and Appliance Care organization.
IN THIS POSITION YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Develop and deploy methodologies to monitor service provider performance on several key metrics.
Gather and investigate reports for questionable billing practices.
Perform analysis to help drive world class management of field service data and processes.
Recover costs for warranty as determined by audit results.
Track and report on recovery transactions, and leverage data for process improvement.
Assist in developing and documenting audit processes, and resolution procedures.
Manage a team of remote employees, overseeing day to day workload and effectively managing the EP&R process.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION:
BA degree in business administration, statistics or equivalent experience
Must possess excellent analytical and decision making skills with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with all levels of management.
Proven leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to delegate and motivate subordinates.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, Visual Basic, JMP software, and BEx required
Familiarity with Siebel and Siebel Analytics a plus.
ccOPEX training preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in field service.
Detailed knowledge of claims processing, quality reporting, and QOS survey processes.
