Systems Analyst.
Job location: Richmond, VA.
Duties: Support full lifecycle delivery
& implement. of work required for analyst & develop. deliverables
using Pivotal Tracker & Bugzilla. Provide updates on proj.
progress using MS Project. Track & escalate issues that may
affect project success. Provide accurate estimates of effort
through systems & data analysis using SQL Server 2008 R2.
Translate business & user requirements into accurate system
requirements specs. Prepare doc. incl. detailed descriptions,
system use cases, system flow charts, process flow diagrams,
UML diagrams, wire frames & system interface descriptions
outlining system capabilities & processes using MS Visio,
Wifreframe Sketcher, HTML, CSS and XML/XSO schema.
Eval. existing business & oper. flows & define the As-Is/To-Be
process models for business process re-eng. initiatives.
Requires: M.S. degree in Comp. Sci., Eng. or related field and
2 yrs.' exp. in the job offered or 2 yrs.' exp. as an Eng.
Concurrent exp. must incl: 2 yrs.' exp. with full life cycle delivery
& implement. using Bugzilla; & 2 yrs.' exp. using HTML, CSS & XML.
