The individual will be responsible for the following activities:
Under general supervision, performs accounting support and administrative work in the preparation, processing, maintenance and verification of documents and records within Cost area for Warner Chilcott Operations. Billing and Accounts Receivable; Prepares and submits invoices to various companies, electronically or by paper, Billing preparation for all the sales for Warner Chilcott LLC customers and the accounting of the sales transactions, reconciliation of all shipments out to make sure all that needs to be billed is covered. Prepare sales report on a monthly basis including the information for the month and YTD. Organizes and maintains up to date invoices records. Organizes and maintains retention files for required period of time. Provide clerical support to the Accounts Receivable. Support to generate any sales related analyzes including the sales budget details and presentations. American Express Corporate Card and the VISA Purchasing Card programs; Manage all expense reports and statements of American Express and Visa Purchasing Cards. Performs audits to assure that use is according our established procedures. Cost Support Functions; Provide general support to the Cost Accounting area to perform the duties related to Inventory control, standards development and variance analysis included but not limited to analysis, filing and documentation. Fixed Assets; Provide general support to the Fixed Assets area to perform the duties related to Projects and Capitalization included but not limited to analysis, filing and documentation. Finance; Provide support to the Finance area in the preparation of various account reconciliations during the month. Provide clerical support to the area in the documentation for the Sarbanes-Oxley and external/internal audits initiatives. Provide support to the Finance area in the preparation and submission of the Corporate Package.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
-Two (2) years experience in accounting preferably in a manufacturing environmen
-Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), Requires reading professional literature and technical manuals; speaking to groups of employees, other public and private groups; writing documents and complex reports in English and Spanish
-Computer knowledge, including word processing, presentation, worksheets and electronic mail
-Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
-Strong Interpersonal skills
-Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
