We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Part Time AV Warehouse Technician who will give both our internal and external clients the best service in the industry. The Part Time AV Warehouse Technician is responsible for performing basic day-to-day functions in the warehouse as part of show preparation and production. Additional responsibilities include:

Maintain equipment as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor as part of Quality Control for show preparation and production, as well as warehouse maintenance and organization

Maintain company policies and procedures in the coordination of equipment inbound and outbound of the warehouse

Confer with the Branch Inventory Coordinator and Show Services personnel to ensure that all equipment packs are completed in a timely manner in accordance with the scheduled shipping arrangements

Identify and separate appropriate branch and cross-rental equipment and prep for proper return

Perform accurate return shoots of equipment, identify missing items and notify supervisor of missing equipment

Verify with the Branch Inventory Coordinator to ensure that all equipment is pulled, labeled, staged, and scanned for the appropriate order prior to shipping

Maintain accurate pull lists for all non-barcoded equipment both in and out of the warehouse

Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all equipment is returned to the proper place after it has been through Quality Control

Act as back-up to the Warehouse Supervisor with regard to dispatch and opening/closing of facility as needed

Required Skills

Required Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Two (2) years related experience and/or training

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
